2. Interview with the prospective student

3. Complete the online enrollment form and pay the non-refundable registration fee

4. Pay for 3 – 7 uniform shirts (order online via Lands’ End)

5. Pay for nap mat (only for ages 18 months - 3 years) (purchase at store or online)

Global Purpose Academy’s registration process is complete when the prospective family returns the completed Application and Registration forms and the required fees. Upon receipt of the Application and fee payment, there will be a visit set up for the prospective student and the student will meet the teacher and will be allowed to explore the classroom for a 30 minute period. We cannot guarantee that a space will be available for your child on the day you desire. During this visit your child may spend approximately thirty minutes in the classroom for observation purposes. If there is a mutual fit, you may submit the online Registration / Enrollment form and complete it by the first day of school along with the current immunization / health records, tuition and the deposit fees.

During the enrollment process, you must complete forms regarding your child's health and development. These forms include family information, a medical authorization, and other important forms.  Updated physical (DPH) and immunization records (forms 3131 and 3300) are required for your child prior to enrollment.  You are also expected to read and sign the Parent Handbook agreement that outlines the school's policies and parental participation / volunteer agreement. This will ensure that you are familiar with all of our operating procedures.

Program Placement and Waiting List

Children are placed in programs based upon a combination of their development and chronological age. Concerning a waiting list, if a place is not available during the application process, your child can be placed on our waiting list. When an opening occurs, the school will select an applicant based on the overall profile of the classroom and child. We try to accommodate the needs of families. Unfortunately, there may be times when we cannot guarantee a start date more than two weeks in advance. Once your child is accepted, you will need to complete the enrollment procedure and submit fees.
